New stuff

I haven´t been creative lately. I just don´t have any ideas and if I try something I don´t like it that much. :o(
That´s why I didn´t blog. But today I think I could show you two things I´ve done.

I´ve been shopping last week and got some clearstamps from Technique Tuesday I always loved. Here´s my first try useing this stamps:

I have some more ideas to use them. I hope I could try it soon!

Another thing I bought was a pc-programm called "Memory Mixer". I´m not doing digital LOs often but this sounds great! So I give it a try. It was very easy to use and I just did this first LO in about five minutes:

The journaling says: "I love to laugh with you!"

Beach

Last monday I recieved a new "Creating Keepsakes". On the backside of the magazine was an advertisment from "Close to my heart". I love the LO shown on it and its colors. So I thought about a scraplift. This is what I made:

The idea to use the doodle and put flowers at it came while I was scrapping. And I really like the result!

I guess buying "Creating Keepsakes" was a good idea! I saw some more LOs inside this issue that were inspiring. I just wish I have more time...

Speaking of Creating Keepsakes: I´m very exited about a scrapbook-weekend in the Netherlands in the beginning of June that I will go to. I´ve been there last year twice and had a lot of fun. I thought I wouldn´t go there this time because of my vacation to the States but when I read that Lisa Bearnson (founder of Creating Keepsakes-magazine) will be there I couldn´t resist! I love her work and think that she´s amazing! I will do two workshops she´ll teach and I´m really exited about it! I hope it´ll be a lot of fun!

DreamTeam & Bears

Last friday I´ve been to a crop again. I made this LO:

It shows the girls I´m regulary stamping with. We always have so much fun and I love spending my time with them!

With these girls I meet last saturday again too. Just Nicole was missing but she´ll be around next time again. When we meet I did the following cards:

On this cards I used the paperscraps from the LO before and rubberstamps from Penny Black and Daries. I LOVE bears! I love them as stamp-images and I love them as toys. I hardly can turn around and go when I see a cute little bear. That´s why I couldn´t resist buying this new stamps from Whipper Snapper designs.

Aren´t they cute??? The small book is a bonus project I did for my Big Picture-class "The Art of choosing joy". It´s a little journal to I write in every day the things I´m grateful for. I´m a little behind in my class but I love it! It is so inspiring!

I not only stamp cute bears last weekend. I bought a new cuddly toy too. I love the bears from Build-a-bear. They just open two shops in Hamburg last year. I´ve been there and saw this sweet little spingbear:

I call her Micah (I know it´s a boys name but I like it for this sweet teddy too) and she is so soft! I always could cuddle her! ;o)

I hope next weekend I could be creative again and maybe there will be some new bearstuff again! *lol*

I haven´t been blogging for a while so I think it´s time to do it! :o)

I used the last days to do some LOs and stamping-cards which I want to share with you.

First I could show you two of my new LOs. I don´t like the rainy dark weather here in Germany any more so I love to use spirng colors at the moment! That´s why I love the new Dollhouse-series by K&Company. I created a LO with one of my favourite childhood-pics:

I love this picture because of the blond curly hair. I look so girly on this picture. On most of my childhood-pics I look like a boy... ;o)

The other LO I did shows a photo of my family - just the girls. It´s my mom, my sister and me. There are just a few photos showing the three of us. That´s why I love this one. It´s from a vistit to the island Usedom last summer. It was very stormy that day but we had a great time!

I´v been doing some stamping-cards the last days. I love those cute little new bunny-stamps from House Mouse. And I wanted it to be spring! That´s why I made some sping and easter-cards.

New LOs

I met other scrappers last friday and saturday and had both days a lot of fun. And I got some new LOs done! Yeah! Here they are:

This one is about my boyfriend Andi. I think he is "stark & sanft" which means "strong and soft". I like that he´s my strong shoulder to lean on on one hand and on the other one he is so soft dealing with me! I love him so much for this cause!

The second one is another double-LO. I wanna do a 8x8 christmas-album and this is the first LO for it:

x-mas 2001 was special because that year I´ve been in a hospital in Bavaria (which is about 900km away from my parents home) and just get home to my parents for one night to celebrate christmas. I was so glad to see my mom...

The last one is about one of my favorite hobbies: shopping scrapbooking-stuff! :o) I wanted to use my new Rhonna Farrer-doodling stamps and I have to say that I love them!!!

I love those Whipper Snapper-stamps a lot, too! :o)

Keith is coming!

I like countrymusic for a while. It´s not very popular here in Germany but since I first listen to Garth Brooks I´m addicted! :o)
A while ago I heard something from Keith Urban and since this moment I listen to him often. I love his music, his voice and the lyrics.I never got the change to see him life but yesterday we heard that he´ll play a concert in Hamburg. We knew at once that we wanted to go there. So we went to get some tickets immediately.

I can´t wait to see the concert but I have to wait till April 22th. I think I have to enjoy waiting for it! :o)

I´ve been playing with my word for 2007 (identity). I search the web for a poem and found one I really love. Here it is:

I liked it so much that I did a LO with it and a picture of me we shooted today.

The papers are from Cosmo Cricket, the flowers are from Prima Marketing and I used my fastenator again (it´s been a while since I did that last time).

Crop and new color of hair

Last saturday I went to a crop and had so much fun! It´s always great to scrap with other people! We chated and laughed a lot. And I´ve done four new LOs done *whoohoo*

The first one is very simple. I love that overlay and think too much color, pattern or embellshments would be "too much".

After that Lo was done I wanted to do one with Winnie Pooh because I got some nice new Pooh Stickers and Rub Ons. While I search for the patternd paper I found these Disney papers. I´ve bought them a while ago. When I saw those Disneyworld pictures I prefere doing LOs with them :o)

The last one I did because another scrapper had this great snowflake-die from Quickutz:

I had so much fun! Can´t wait to do my next crop! Yesterday when we went shopping my boyfriend Andi and I talked about a new color of hair. What should I say? We spoke about it and maybe 2 hours later I had a new color of hair! :D
